When Michael and I were first looking at homes, Michael said adamantly that curb appeal was a must! I had never even heard that term before since all I really cared about was all the interior decorating. From the photos online, I couldn’t really see the curb appeal for our gem. But, once we drove up, our eyes got wide and we were stunned by how beautiful the outside of the home was. There was a beautiful tree in front and the blue trim that seemed to radiate in the Redfin photos actually didn’t look so bad at all. In reality, we are still undecided on the trim, but one thing we are sure of is how beautiful we think the outside is! Some of the details you can’t really get a sense without walking up is 1) how beautiful the front door is – it looks like an old french door with lots of character, 2) the address numbers seem just perfect with the character of the home, and 3) the small windows are a perfect size for lighting and privacy. So.. what do you think of the trim? Blue or Blah?
